From her time attending Children’s Corps monthly From her time attending Children’s Corps monthly meetings to her supervision sessions today, Naethra is clearly invested in building community within the NYC child welfare field. Ultimately, the strong, stable community she created while in Children’s Corps and in her early years at her agency have helped her sustain her career in the field. Now, this sense of community helps her create community for others.

March is #socialworkmonth, so we want to make sure March is #socialworkmonth, so we want to make sure we acknowledge and thank all the great social workers we know. But, don’t feel like you have to wait until next March to show your appreciation.

Thank you for being a mentor, innovator, dedicated social worker, and still being just as passionate about your work as you were all those years ago.
