Latisha Blackburn, MSW is a Support Specialist of Children’s Corps with Fostering Change for Children. She is a Brooklyn Native, who enjoys being active outdoors and watching crime series. As an Alumna of the 2015 Children’s Corps class, Latisha began her journey advocating for children, youth and families impacted by the child welfare system as a case planner with HeartShare – St. Vincent’s Services. After completing her 2-year commitment, she went on to complete her Masters of Social Work at Columbia School of School Work. Latisha is dedicated to decreasing barriers that effect marginalized populations.
