Our ‘Support to Retain’ training and coaching program was inspired by the success of Children’s Corps and utilizes a proactive and holistic approach to promote workforce retention.

Supervising Confident Child Welfare Staff

Effective, supportive supervision leads to a confident workforce. But, providing unwavering and ongoing support can be challenging. Our training focuses on building a supervisory network, and expanding your toolkit to help you feel prepared to meet the needs of your team, and your families.

Building Your Support Team: A Guide for Child Welfare Workers

Child welfare workers often require a lot of support. Our training establishes their role in identifying and meeting their support needs in supervision, and beyond. Empowering your workforce to take ownership of their professional development is key to achieving higher retention.
